About us

There are many road blocks when it comes to creating a new food production facility whether it may be a FDA facility or a USDA facility.  We are here to take away the headache and help guide you on your journey to your envisioned food processing facility.

With over 20 years of food handling experience starting with custom slaughtering, food processing, and import and export of various food products, we have experience working with various different equipment and machinery from small restaurants to large food processing facilities.

where we start

The type of material your business will be handling will fall under two different regulatory bodies: USDA or FDA.  This will depend on whether you will be handling meat products or not.

If you are going to be using meat products then you will fall under USDA regulations.  If you choose to sell the products within your state and within your group restaurants then you can be USDA-exempt facility.  You still need to follow the USDA guidelines, however, you will not be under the scrutiny of a USDA inspector.  If you are going to be processing non-meat ingredients then you will fall under the regulations of the FDA.  Both two different regulatory bodies with differing requirements, but similar components like having a HACCP program.

engineer and Design

your Facility and production line

At the design phase, we will be looking at the facility utilities such as the sewage, water, electrical, pneumatic, natural gas, and HVAC requirements and look at all of the equipment that will be installed to ensure that the all of the utilitiy requirements will be met

With our team of architects and engineers we will be drawing a CAD design of your layout and help you design a cost effective solution to implement your food production vision with the necessary equipment.

We will then help devise a plan to get the plans permitted by the city and county before the construction begins.

Once the construction of the facility are made and the foundation of the building is complete, we can move onto the next step of installing the machinery equipment.

Managing inventory and keeping track of products doesn't have to be a headache.  With our custom made inventory management system, we can help you keep track of purchase and sales orders, inbound and outbound products, product inventory and much more.

We can help design and engineer a system that can create your own GS1-128 barcodes to keep track of your production date, labels, and your inventory.
